RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Mahala Reese Return Policy

All unworn/unaltered merchandise purchased at original price can gladly be returned for an online credit or exchange within 14 days of the receipt of purchase, accompanied by the original invoice. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of damage, free of odor, free of make-up and deodorant, and original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.

You may not return: sale items, cosmetics, bath & body products, intimates, seamless wear, candles personalized items and gift cards. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the wrong item was shipped).

Our return policy applies to all orders placed in-store, online, by phone, or through email.


Gifts Cards
Gift cards purchased in-store or online are nonrefundable. If we deem the gift certificate was bought via a fraudulent method (i.e. credit card theft) we reserve the right to cancel the Gift Card code given and the credit will become inactive. Should you have any questions before purchasing a Gift Card please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Sale Merchandise
Sale merchandise is not accepted for return or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Store Credit / Gift Returns
If you return an item and do not want an exchange, you will be issued a MahalaReese.com online store credit.

  Same return/exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to return the Mahala Reese merchandise for store credit or an exchange.



Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the receipt of purchase for merchandise purchased at full retail price.

Specify the exchange item and the new color / size or and style on the return/exchange mail to myretailtherapist@mahalareese.com. Include the request in your return package.

Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail us at: myretailtherapist@mahalareese.com

Returns

Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.

We only accept returns or exchanges of styles purchased at MahalaReese.com at regular price. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at myretailtherapist@mahalareese.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange, your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via USPS, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us and cannot take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation. Please note, Mahala Reese Boutique nor www.mahalareese.com will not accept any packages that are sent COD. If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by MahalaReese.com, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse store credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not meet the criteria above are subject to denial. If you believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.

If the returned merchandise meets the return criteria, an online credit will be issued for the amount returned minus the shipping cost. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Special promotional offers may be subject to reduction by a return or cancellation.
Customer's are responsible for all shipping charges and are non-refundable. Please note, if your original purchase qualified for free shipping, those shipping charges will be deducted from the amount due.
